Classic dishes like carpaccio, lobster sauce, and vitello tonnato will grace your table. Along the way, you'll learn how to shuck a lobster or prepare octopus. We'll season the dishes with fine ingredients such as cognac, vanilla, and cayenne pepper. Fresh pasta is just one highlight of this four-course menu. Together, we'll fire up the pasta machine and make fresh tagliatelle. Even dessert is a work of art. Hand-whipped strawberry ice cream and a ricotta and lemon tart will delight even the most discerning palate.
